Hello guys today i will talk about refresh rate in smartphone nowadays most of the midrange phone comes with 90 hz ,120 hz refresh rate display an even with 120 hz amoled display like redmi note 10 pro and pro max does it really optimize and smooth like flagship I will discuss below 

What is refresh rate 

The refresh rate is that the no. Of times per second display refresh itself to look smooth the more refresh rate means more smooth but for an ideal smartphone 60 hz is minimum . But refresh rate works better if we have powerful proccessor and good ui 

And if you using your phone in 90 and 120 hz then it will take more battery and you will get less screen on time 

Does refresh rate matter for gaming in mobile 

Does you really need 90 hz ,120 hz ,144 hz to play good gaming because iphone comes with 60 hz only and gaming in iphone is better because it doesn't lag and give good fps . And nowadays most of the games are only 60 fps only exception games support 90 or 120 fps but in my opinion I think refresh rate doesn't matter in gaming 

Does refresh rate is only for marketing in midrange

Recently samsung launched samsung a 32 with Helio g80 the proccessor is not capable of 90 hz and samsung give and realme also in realme 7i with Snapdragon 662 because it refresh rate works better with powerful proccessor 

Does smartphone really matter 

There's no difference between 90hz  and 60 hz display if you use 60 hz and switch to 90 hz then you didn't notice major smoothness but there's difference between 60hz and 120 hz  display
