Hello everyone today i am going to bust smartphone's myth some of the myth you have already know it some doesn't so without wasting your time let's get started
1. dark mode saves battery in every smartphone
Dark mode only saves battery in amoled /OLED display because in lcd display each pixel are on and in amoled display each pixel has its own light
2. More ram means better performance
It is nowadays seen that some people say me that I want 6gb/8gb smartphone for gaming multitasking but I say that proccessor is important for performance not ram because a phone with 4gb ram with good proccessor will do your work seamlessly but laggy with a 6gb ram with weak processor you can also check it out
3. Avoid using smartphone during lightning
Most parents will shout on their children when they used smartphone during thunderstorm because they thought the phone will catch electricity but it's a false statement because your phone doesn't have much power to catch radio active signal so use you can use your phone during thunderstorm in your room
4. All amoled displays are same
Generally amoled display produce great colours but not all amoled display are same because of colour tunning flagship amoled display are better than midrange you should always check display nits (brightness level) and samsung amoled are always better than competition
5. Game mode improved your gaming
I think most people used game mode or game space but the fact that is game space or mode did not improved your gaming experience you can also check it out they only help in screen recording , notification and calling block and show fps like iphone comes without any gaming mode but they perform like beast
6. 4g consume more data
4g didn't consume more data than 3g you will see low buffering in 4g compare to 3g because of speed but it consume more battery as compared to 3g . Similar case with 5g
7. Turn on airplane mode for fast charging
Many people believe that turning on airplane mode will charge your phone faster but its a false fact because it will be minimum difference if you really want to charge your smartphone faster then you can switch it off
8. Cool down your phone in fridge
When you do continuously gaming your smartphone will heat obviously for controlling the overheat some people put their phone fridge for cooling down I will say that please don't do this because you of the temperature from extreme hot to extreme cold your smartphone parts might damaged like SoC and performance will be very poor
9. Incognito mode is safe
Do you think that incognito mode can track you . You thought how I will explain basically browsers don't store your data and cache and the site you visit but it can track you by ISP
10. Micro usb provide slow charging
I think many people including me thought that type c charges your smartphone faster as compared to micro usb but I was wrong it only depends upon adaptor like how fast your adapter is 18watt, 30watt 65watt more fast adapter is not proportional to data cable
11. Completely drain battery
Many people drain thier smartphone battery from 100 to 0 I think this if you regularly doing this your battery might drain faster in future because there is life cycle for a battery how many times it can discharge after that it will not provide you enough power so ideal battery discharge and charging percentage is 20 to 80 percent
12. IP rating phone are waterproof
As lots of people think that if my phone has ip rating that means my phone is waterproof because look at the ip68 has the features that your phone around 1.5 meter of fresh water can resist water and around 30 min means that it's only resist not completely waterproof so don't try it out brands can charge you for this if your phone has water inside cause it doesn't come under warranty
13. Cleaner application will boost performance
I don't think people use clean master nowadays and if you use it currently don't use it because it will slow performance of phone and himself run in background and kill needy apps from recent
14. More megapixel better images
This myth should be busted because people think more megapixel means better better photos we will get like 48 mp , 64 mp ,108 mp you can get good amount of detail but this doesn't make sense because it depends upon post image processing , colour production and sensor size
