Both tabs support magnetic stylus ( like s pen ) for drawing , writing and many things and a magnetic keyboard means you can connect keyboard which is faster than touch both these stuff you have to purchase separately

In both tab there is LPDDR4X ram and UFS 3.1 fast storage and in mi pad 5 pro there is LPDDR5 ram and UFS 3.1 fast storage which quite fast
Software
Xiaomi has said that they had optimize miui 12.5 for tabs means it will be different experience for miui and the android version is 11 let's hope there is no bugs and bloatware in the tab because in flagship processor handle it

In wifi there is wifi 802.11 in pad 5 in pro there is wifi 6 and bluetooth version 5.2 in both tabs most of the sensors are there in both these tabs like light , gyro , proximity, compass / magnetometer
pad 5 and pro 5 comes with it wifi only varient and a in pad 5 pro there is a 5g varient and coming to ports there is a USB C port and there is no 3.5 mm headphone jack it should have been in a tab
